Only 30 minutes or less per day

The weekly calendar offers a variety of workouts that updates every 7 days. The 15-30 minute classes include a variety of pilates, calisthenics, cardio, and body weight training. By looking at your workout schedule on a weekly basis (instead of monthly), it can be less overwhelming and easier to manage. Follow along with the dates so you don't have to think twice about what workout to do.
